Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Destined Studio, LLC (“Destined Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, and related services offered under the DrawDojo brand (collectively, the “Services”), including content available at drawdojo.com and the DrawDojo application.

By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Account and contact information you provide when you register or communicate with us (for example, name and email address).
  • Usage and technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, browser type, and timestamps.
  • Communications you send to us (for example, support requests).
  • Content you create in the DrawDojo application (for example, sketch or lesson-related data) as needed to provide the Services.

We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our website. Those providers may set cookies or similar technologies and process information according to their own policies.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Authenticate accounts and deliver features you request;
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide support;
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends in aggregated form;
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Services, detect fraud or abuse, and comply with law;
  • Send service-related messages (for example, security notices or policy updates);
  • Send marketing communications only where permitted by law and consistent with your choices (you may opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us).

Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

If applicable privacy laws require a “legal basis,” we rely on: performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services (balanced against your rights); your consent where required; and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing of information

We may share information:

  • With service providers who assist us (for example, hosting, analytics, email delivery), subject to confidentiality and processing terms consistent with this policy;
  • When required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
  • In connection with a business transaction (such as a merger or asset sale), with notice as required by law;
  • With your direction or consent (for example, if you choose to share work with an instructor or collaborator through product features).

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing without your consent where required by law.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our analytics partners may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions where applicable, and measure website traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some functionality.

Sketch and creative content

Creative work you generate remains yours, subject to any license you grant in our Terms of Service as needed to run the Services (for example, hosting and displaying your content). We use sketch or lesson-related data to operate the Services, provide feedback features where offered, and improve product quality. We do not sell sketch content to third parties. Sharing with others (such as instructors) occurs only as you choose within the product, unless we must disclose information to comply with law or enforce our terms.

Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (for example, tax or security records). When you delete an account where that feature is available, we delete or anonymize personal information associated with that account, except where we must retain limited data for legitimate legal or operational reasons.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

International users

Destined Studio is based in the United States. If you access the Services from other countries, your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws than your home country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing or request portability. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You may have the rights described in California law, including to request access or deletion of certain personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of “sale” or certain “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined by law. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. To submit a request, email us at the address below. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

The Services may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before providing information to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
